Median household income more than doubled in Point Breeze in the last 10 years, grew by 88% in neighboring Grays Ferry, and by 64% in Northern Liberties/Fishtown, Philadelphia's wealthiest neighborhood. All three increases are well above the citywide rise in income of 24%. The three neighborhoods also saw a jump in the share of college-educated adults (from 17% to 46% in Point Breeze), an increase in the share of white residents, and a declining share of Black residents.
