NET OVERSEAS MIGRATION IN AUSTRALIA

Net overseas migration is calculated by the number of migrant arrivals minus the number of migrant departures. Figures are in thousands of people. Estimates from September quarter 2023 onwards are preliminary. 2024-25 figure is a forecast from the federal budget released in March 2025.
