Abortion-related ballot measures in the US
Ten states will have abortion-related measures on their ballots for the 2024 general election. Eight of these states, including Missouri, have a general abortion protection measure, while New York will ban discrimination based on “pregnancy outcomes” and “reproductive healthcare.” Nebraska has two measures on the ballot: a right to abortion until fetal viability and a ban on abortion after the first trimester of pregnancy.
