How much do teachers earn at Pa. cyber schools?

An analysis of the average teacher salary at each cyber school shows that teachers at PA Cyber make less than the average teacher in the commonwealth despite having equivalent experience.

This data is current as of Oct. 1, 2024. It does not include any teachers whose primary assignment is not teaching. *This chart includes around 500 teachers in positions with less than 100% of their time in teaching. This has the biggest impact on Agora, which has 134 teachers who spend less than 100% of their time as teachers. Agora's average pay rises to around $56,000 when those teachers are excluded. **This chart also excludes teachers at PA Digital Learning whose salary was listed as $1 who are paid through a private vendor--the school says their salaries are not available.
