Regression results for recidivism rates in three pilot counties
Note: The table shows regression results for two-year recidivism outcomes for people sentenced to probation for domestic violence offenses sentenced to probation for domestic violence offenses compared with people sentenced to probation for non-DV offenses, excluding those sentences for AB-1950-eligible offenses. The pre-period includes people starting probation between 2017-2018, prior to the implementation of the DV Pilot. The post includes people starting probation between 2021-2022, following implementation. The partner county group includes Napa, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz. Information on race/ethnicity may not be self-reported and can reflect classifications made by arresting agencies or court officials.
