Based on studies to May 2021. "Possible" refers to evidence of impact based on only one or two early studies, or contradicting studies. "Confirmed impact" requires multiple quality early studies or a peer-reviewed paper in a reputable journal. "High impact" requires same study threshold, but evidence shows a strong - and therefore more concerning -  outcome.
