Hazmat inspections almost doubled on I-895 from June to August

Truckers have purposefully been targeting I-895 due to its access to the Harbor Tunnel and lack of government weigh stations. 

The timeframes represent the month before and after the Key Bridge collapse and the publication of the Baltimore Banner investigation.
