Look up measles vaccination at Houston ISD schools

Houston ISD data shows dozens of schools with MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) vaccination levels below 95% for kindergarten and seventh grade students as of December 2024. According to the CDC, 95% vaccine coverage is needed to protect against outbreaks.

Parents can file paperwork to legally exempt students from vaccination for medical or reasons of personal beliefs.

Students listed as “delinquent” are supposed to be excluded from school until they provide proof of vaccination or an exemption, but HISD said it isn’t doing this.
