List of private refineries with valid licenses as at Dec-2020

Most of these private refineries are modular refineries and are also still under construction (mostly below 50% completion), as indicated.

The nameplate capacity for Dangote refinery was put at 500kbpd on the DPR website. The reason for the contradiction from the 650kbpd is unclear.
