CTA Ridership: Top Five Stations
Citywide, CTA's train ridership in 2022 was at 49% of pre-pandemic (2019) levels. Five stations along the Pink Line, serving predominantly Black and Hispanic neighborhoods, ranked highest with ridership retention ranging from 66% to 71%.
In 2022 the top five CTA stations retaining the largest percent of pre-pandemic (2019) ridership are all pink line stations.
