Stanford GSB graduates again took home the biggest Marketing paychecks in 2022. Even more, their $164,697 bases were a $14,974 improvement over the previous year. Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan MBAs ranked 2nd and 3rd for average MBA pay. At the same time, first-year earnings for Berkeley Haas ($142,749) and Washington Foster ($141,063) Marketing grads far outpaced their overall ranking. Individually, there were eight business schools that produced one or more graduates who started at $200K or better, led by a Harvard Business School grad ($290,000). Among the surprises, you’ll find CUNY Baruch and BYU Marriott grads pulling in $200K and $190K checks respectively.
