The Manhattan residential apartment market recorded 233 arm’s-length closings last week, including 24 high-end transactions above $3.9 million. Two of the top five sales took place in Extell-developed properties and three of the top 10 sales were in The Henry developed by Naftali and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
