Note: No SCRI grants were made in FY13 due to a lapse in the 2014 Farm Bill. Congress established a separate Emergency Citrus Disease Research and Development Trust Fund in 2018 and discontinued the carve-out for citrus disease research under the SCRI beyond FY18.
