It requires these civil rights offices to issue annual reports detailing the technology of covered algorithms with respect to jurisdiction of the covered agency, including risks relating to bias, discrimination, and other harms, actions the agency has taken to mitigate these risks and harms, and other information. It would also create an interagency working group on covered algorithms and civil rights.
