The Growing Risk on Two Wheels

Motorcycles account for just 3% of registered vehicles but 15% of all U.S. traffic fatalities. Despite representing a tiny fraction of the vehicles on the road, motorcycle fatalities have surged to nearly triple their late-90s levels. The data reveals a sobering reality: most fatal accidents occur in seemingly "safe" conditions, during the day, in good weather, and while the rider is wearing a helmet.
