High schools with lower proportions of their students in poverty tend to have higher graduation rates than higher-poverty schools. Still, some high-poverty schools have graduation rates, and readiness for college or careers, relative to lower-poverty schools. Click a dot to see details about that school.

Figures reflect the 2018 graduating classes. Poverty is measured through the percentage of students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals at school. Chart includes schools in Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties with poverty at or above 90 percent and below 50 percent.
