Proposed hyperscale data center in Plymouth Twp.

Developer Brian O'Neill is proposing to build a 2-million-square-foot data center at the site of a former steel mill, but has met with opposition by residents and even Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro. O'Neill said the project would generate $21 million a year in taxes.
