Which counties would fit the rules for quarantine?

New Jersey asks for a two-week quarantine for any resident returning from a state that has more than 10 cases of coronavirus per 100,000 people. If New Jersey were to look at those numbers on a county-by-county basis, two — Gloucester and Ocean — would have been over that threshold Tuesday.

The numbers of cases are based on a seven-day rolling average as of Tuesday.
