Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) is one of three large private-company funds backed by Jeff Yass’ Susquehanna International Group, of Bala Cynwyd. Below is a list of nearly 100 companies SGE has backed since 2007, mostly in the U.S. but also in Israel, Europe, and Canada. Sometimes SGE is the controlling investor, often it joins other large funds in backing a company. Because SGE invests its own money, it often holds companies for many years longer than private-equity and venture capital funds financed by corporations, pension funds or other investor clients. SGE head Amir Goldman calls this approach “permanent capital.” = Company subsequently sold by Susquehanna
