Connect Willmar Phase 1
Phase one of the Connect Willmar Initiative includes the Willmar Industrial Park and residential and business neighborhoods that are north of 19th Avenue, south of the railroad tracks and west of First Street.
A light red overlay marks the area between 19th Avenue to the south, Kandiyohi County Road 5 to the west, the BNSF railroad tracks to the north and First Street to the east within the city of Willmar.
