Baltic Power And Data Cables Damaged

A cable belonging to Latvia's state broadcaster, LVRTC, was damaged on January 26. The incident follows damage to the EstLink 2 power transmission cable between Finland and Estonia on December 25, as well as to the C-Lion1 and BCS East-West Interlink data cables in November.
