Kindergarten measles vaccine for school districts, private schools

More than 350 districts and private schools reported delinquencies in the 2024-25 school year, while three times as many reported conscientious exemptions.

Note: Not all public districts and private schools reported rates to DSHS for the 2024-25 school year. The exempt category includes conscientious and medical exemptions. The delinquent category includes students who were not exempt and not up to date on their MMR vaccines. Enrollment figures may be masked by TEA. Private schools do not report enrollment to TEA.
