Georgia Ports Authority: The ‘two-pillars’ strategy

The authority operates terminals at Georgia’s two major harbors of Savannah and Brunswick and has designated each to specific types of cargo. Savannah handles containers while Brunswicks specializes in autos and other wheeled vehicles as well as breakbulk, or cargo that doesn’t fit in a container.
