U.S. measles cases in 2026

More new cases since early May have been reported in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Utah than in any other states.

This map shows how many measles cases have been reported per state in the U.S. in 2026. The states with the most cases are South Carolina, with nearly 700, and Utah, with more than 500.
