Predicting When Median Single-Family Home Prices Will Cross the $1M and $2M Mark 

Zoocasa analyzed the annual average increase in median single-family home prices from 2014 to 2024 across 16 metropolitan areas and used this growth rate to predict when median home prices will surpass the $1 million or $2 million mark.

Median single-family home prices were sourced from Q2 of each year from the National Association of Realtors.
