These figures do not include numbers of facilities classified as HOLD, HOSPITAL, HOTEL, ORR or MIRP.

The number of immigrants in ICE detention centers is 47,232 in fiscal year 2025, according to data collected through June 23. Only the 2019 figures are higher (46,304).
