Positive COVID-19 testing percentage in the United States

The percentage of new tests resulting in positive COVID-19 cases each day in the United States (gray). New test percentages are based on results from each day individually, taking the total tests and positives recorded on each day to find a date-specific value, and are compared to the cumulative percentage of positive tests recorded since March 4 (red).
