Philadelphia's Abandoned Vehicle Requests in 2025

Philadelphians submitted nearly 28,000 service requests about abandoned vehicles to the City's 311 hotline in 2025 — the third most popular category of service request. But the distribution was far from uniform across city neighborhoods, with residents in North and Northeast Philly filing the most requests.
