While the economy is expected to recover, tax prospects are still bleak

Central government's Gross Tax Revenue to GDP ratio is not expected to have much of a recovery even in 2021-22.

2020-21 and 2021-22 gross tax revenue numbers are Revised Estimate and Budget Estimate Numbers. 2021-22 GDP is the nominal GDP projection given in the 2021-22 Budget.
