Connecticut Population who Identify as Hispanic or Latino

The change in the wording of the race and ethnicity questions, along with changes in coding responses, and changes in how Hispanic or Latino people view themselves, has resulted in drastic changes of what census data shows of the racial identity of people who are Hispanic or Latino between the 2019 1-year ACS and the 2021 1-year ACS.
