In the Truckstop load board system, according to the most recent weekly report from FTR Transportation Intelligence and the load board, the extremity of winter weather throughout the U.S. drove national average spot rates higher in the last week. Reefers posted the largest increase, and dry van rates basically offset the losses of the first two weeks of the year. Flatbed added to the prior week’s gains.
