2023 MBA Pay: Non-Profits

Want to break into the Non-Profit space? In U.S. News surveys of MBA deans and directors, Yale SOM consistently ranks as the top program in the field? While students may receive the best Non-Profit training at Yale SOM, they don’t attract the highest paychecks. Last year, just 5 Yale SOM graduates entered the field – and came away averaging $108,907 in pay. Overall, Harvard Business School earned the most in the Non-Profit space at $145,722, including one student who fetched a $240,000 starting base.
