Conforming to ABA Disposition Time Standards

In March 2020, 49% of felony cases were resolved within the ABA time standard of 120 days. In 2017, this percentage was, on average, 30%.

The 2017 baseline was calculated as the average percent of felony cases resolved within 120 days each month in 2017. Data on misdemeanors was not available for Cook County.
