Pre-Eviction Notices and Eviction Filings per Total Units in PACT Housing Complexes in New York City (2024)

A single unit could have received multiple pre-eviction notices or eviction filings over the year. In the case of Sack Wern, the number of pre-eviction notices exceeded the total number of apartments in the complex.
