Pay comparison for school district and charter network leaders

The leaders of Colorado's two largest school districts get paid less than some charter network CEOs in the Denver metro area.

Tricia Noyola's base pay consists of a salary of nearly $218,000 from Rocky Mountain Prep and a $98,000 consulting fee from STRIVE Prep. Her annual salary was increased from $195,000 to $220,000 on Aug. 1, 2022. Alex Marrero's annual salary was $276,354 until he received a pay raise to $305,000 in May — retroactive to Jan 1, 2023.
