2023 MBA Pay: Healthcare

In 2023, nine Stanford GSB MBAs entered the Healthcare field. Like their peers in areas ranging from Consulting to Consumer Products, they received the highest paychecks at $174,111. However, this represents a decline of nearly $24,000 from the previous year. Harvard Business School and the Wharton School trailed behind Stanford GSB at $158,407 and $158,173 respectively, though both schools experienced slight base pay bumps from the previous year. A Stanford GSB grad also achieved the highest Healthcare paycheck at $225,000, with grads from the Wharton School, UC Berkeley Haas, and UCLA also breaking the $200K barrier.
