All UNC residence halls are now lead free, excluding Spencer

Out of UNC's 38 residence halls, 13 tested positive for lead. All water fixtures in these halls, except Spencer, containing lead have been either replaced or repaired. Other campus buildings continue to test detected levels and many fixtures in the residence halls remain out of service.
