This analysis started with 37,000 college majors at 4,400 U.S. institutions courtesy of the most recent U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard data. We narrowed it down to only bachelor’s degrees at four-year institutions and were left with 6,164 degrees across 205 majors that were scored across three categories.
