Regional banks' share of deposits that aren't covered by FDIC insurance

Silicon Valley Bank had a high share of deposits that wasn't covered by FDIC insurance, adding to its risks as its depositors were spooked and sought to withdraw funds. Scrutiny is now facing other regional banks.
