340B Report Tracker: Drug Manufacturers to Fully or Partially Exempt State 340B Providers from Contract Pharmacy Restrictions 

"Full" exemption means no contract pharmacy restrictions apply to contract pharamacies located within the state. "Partial" exemption means less stringent restrictions in that state with some remaining conditions (i.e. unlimited contract pharmacy locations with claims data submissions).
