Voters support increasing staffing and surveillance at the border

For each of the following approaches to securing the U.S. border with Mexico, please indicate whether you support or oppose it:

The Searchlight Institute and Tavern Research conducted an online survey of 1,502 likely 2026 voters from January 23-26, 2026. The results were weighted by gender, race, education, age, and 2024 presidential vote choice. The margin of error for this survey is +/- 3.9% and is higher for subgroups.
