Mexico's digital divide

Internet access in Mexico differs dramatically between rich and poor. Among the four Mexican states with highest poverty, no more than one-third of homes have internet connections. Roughly three-quarters of households in wealthy Sonora and Baja California Sur do. Nationwide, internet penetration in Mexico is 63 percent.
