Unleashing Tribal Energy Development grant selections

On October 22, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy announced over $125 million for 63 Tribe-led projects selected for award negotiations by the Office of Indian Energy. Ten of those projects are led by tribes in Oklahoma, totaling more than $22 million.
