Number of apartment contracts signed in Manhattan per month

Manhattan reported nearly 1,000 apartment contracts signed in March 2026, a 6 percent increase over March 2025 and the highest March total since 2023. Co-op and condop deals comprised 54 percent of transactions, in line with the average of the past two years.
