County population changes 2024-25
The largest population growth by state ranged was as high as 48,695 in Texas' Harris County and 35,411 in Arizona's Maricopa County, both boosted mostly by immigration. Counties that lost the most population were Los Angeles County in California (down 53,934) and Florida's Pinellas County (down 11,834), both hit mostly by people moving to other counties.
