Data is not applicable for incorrect completion of transcripts in 2022, incorrect administration in 2022 and 2023, incorrect completion of RBA in 2022 and 2023, and inappropriate storage of tests in 2022. The figure for other for 2023 includes the 37 incorrect completions of transcripts.
