Most of Philly Region With ‘High’ Community Spread

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday categorized Bucks and Delaware Counties as having “high” community spread of COVID-19, leaving Chester as the only county in the Philadelphia region remaining categorized as “substantial”.
