Monthly Fill Rate Percentage for Top 10 Hormone Therapy Medications, 2020 - 2026

Fill rates are shown for the top 10 most-filled hormone therapy drug formulations. We analyzed national, de-identified paid retail pharmacy claims from January 1, 2020 through February 28, 2026. We compared monthly fills for hormone therapy drugs to monthly fills for all retail prescriptions, excluding vaccinations, OTC products, and HCP-administered drugs. For each month and drug formulation, we computed a percentage fill rate by dividing hormone therapy fills by all retail prescription fills.
