A table that shows active property listings with lowered price guides by state
Active means not sold, not withdrawn, and seen on a portal within the last 7 days. Guided means the campaign has both a first and most recent published price guide. A drop means the most recent published guide is lower than the first, using the upper bound of the advertised range.
