The May edition of the POLITICO Poll was conducted by Public First from May 9 to May 11, surveying 2,065 U.S. adults online with an overall margin of sampling error is ±2 percentage points. The July edition was conducted from July 12 to July 15, surveying 2,061 U.S. adults online with an overall margin of error is ±2.16 percentage points. Results were weighted by age, race, gender, geography and educational attainment. Smaller subgroups have higher margins of error. Numbers may not add up to 100 percent due to rounding.
